Closed my account today since right after I opened my account, transferring what their fraud team deemed to be too much of my own money from my previous bank caused them to lock me out of my account for 2 and a half weeks with no solution for me. After I gave them every piece of info I possibly can from my previous bank (routing number, account number, statements, etc.), they still refused to let me access my account. Never even got an email or anything notifying me I was locked out. I found out randomly on my own by attempting to log in, then they made me wait at the branch for two hours just to tell me they didn't have a solution for me. You would think if fraud were actually going on with your account, they'd still let you log in so you could verify for yourself if there were fraudulent transactions. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Western Vista clearly doesn't want it. Their fraud team is too busy prioritizing the idea that everyone who has more than a dollar to their name is out to commit fraud. The only positive about this place is their staff is friendly, but friendly staff means nothing if there's no urgency to return access to a customer's account.

I helped a friend who had her identity stolen and a possible breach to her financial accounts. We walked in without an appointment and the ladies behind the counter were very kind and helpful. It took about a half hour to resolve our business there, but by the time we were done her accounts were safe, and everyone had been very encouraging and given us a lot of great information. Wonderful staff!!

Lori was awesome to work with on helping me buy my first home. I didn't know what I was doing and she was very patient and helped a ton. Went to a couple places before finding Lori and definitely glad I was referred to her and Western Vista!

I've been a member with Western Vista since 2016 I believe and they have been nothing but amazing! They are kind, in person and over the phone, and have been nothing but helpful when I planned to travel across countries, when I moved away from Wyoming, like everything. I will definitely continue with these guys!

Good service and helpful people. Been a member since 1996. Didn't like the distance they moved from near-downtown previous building. New building is nice. Have lobby hours that are great for people who have to work 8 to 5.

They are unfriendly, unreliable and every time I go in its a completely new staff. I have had my card "compromised" repeatedly, always before a holiday. They are unapologetic and not helpful AT ALL. After banking there for 28 years, I'm done.

Do not bank with Western Vista. Shady Practices. We refinanced a loan with Western Vista. Jennifer was AMAZING! They required us to open an account with them. Their account statements are only sent out every 3 months with those accounts. We received a statement 3/31. I planned to utilize the account but I never had the full account #. So when I went in to use the account, they had closed the account. I received a statement with a $0 balance in July. Laura the Branch Manager refused to refund my money. For any loan refinancing or Mortgage needs, go see Jennifer at Reliant Federal Credit Union. Jennifer no longer works at Western Vista. She really was AMAZING! I've banked with Reliant for over 20 yrs and thought I'd give Western Vista a 2nd chance from years ago. Now I know I really never will go back. Reliant has always bent over backwards for us.
