The guy there who helped us, who I think was a manager, was so rude and suspicious of everything we said or did. He was so rude that I left crying and my boyfriend had to tell him off. I will never step foot in this place again, it ruined my whole day. I only wanted to apply for a payday loan through his business and I was treated horribly.

Ehhh, terribly disappointing. I had high hopes because it seemed like a laid back place that worked with customers but instead the hell is customer service to em? His business is legal but it seems that this one can screw you in the arse like the highest paid streetwalker.
