Kris was a great realtor to work with! He spent days helping us find our forever home! There were a lot of obstacles in the way but he helped us navigate each one. From financing delays to seller issues, we were able to close, suddenly, on Friday night. He came to Douglas after 4 PM to ensure he was there for us for closing. He fought on our team to overcome a lot of issues in the way! Kris was great to work with and helped us in every way he could to ensure that we could close ASAP before more obstacles came into our paths. We appreciate all of the time, energy, sweat, and phone calls he put into the deal to help us get our home!

I was not even seriously looking for a home but the minute I met Ryan Beever—actually before—he left such a professional message that did not irritate me—I knew I had the right person. This guy has more integrity and professionalism in his little finger than 10 real estate agents put together who have more experience. Nothing but positive interactions. I am a failure to launch adult who at 58 bought her first house. Ryan made all the difference in the world for me because everything he said was trustworthy and not to his benefit; he understood the psychology of owning/buying—GULP! He gave me the best advice without telling me what to do. I waived on the house after the inspection and he talked me off the ledge and said to think about it over the days we had left. He helped me navigate the terror and reality of the house individually bc I panicked. I actually told him I was passing on the house and through his calm demeanor and utterly on-point sensibilities helped me understand each individual question. No platitudes, just real guidance. I truly hope that his youngISH age will not deter a potential buyer. This kid comes from real estate Royalty and he’s not a punk. He is somebody who has vested his heart into real estate and knows his stuff. Honestly, the best experience. And I’m so grateful to him. My gosh, he wasn’t flaky, he was always someplace before I got there. Great communication with text messages, reminders. I cannot tell you how special this house is that I bought because of him. Recently re-located on short notice to Alaska. Kris was able to come in and sell my house pre-market at fair market price and I believe the home closed in less than a month, greatly helping my situation up here in Alaska so I can close up here quicker. Kris went above and beyond in every way possible, even helping me get my vehicles shipped and household goods moved out while I was up here in Alaska beginning my new life. Recently I had to navigate selling my parent’s Home and Kris had the experience and knowledge we needed. We checked out several realtors and his understanding of the property and area was spot on, with a full price offer soon after the listing. He also helped us find help for repairs and cleanup, and his extra consideration and sympathy for our situation was very much appreciated! He always made sure he was available and responsive so we always knew what was happening during the process. Since Kris also sold us our current home 2 years ago, with the same availability and extra help, I would recommend Kris and his team for either selling or buying a home.
