Wish to give much thanks to Dr. Jack and his assistant Carol. Had a wisdom tooth removed on Wednesday. They took such good care of me. I was sedated during the process which took no time at all. Woke up feeling well, just a little sleepy. I can't stress the importance of following their post surgical advise. Makes a big difference and I feel quite good the day after. Would highly recommend Wyo Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for your dental needs. Their entire staff from check-in to check-out is courteous, timely, professional and most of all very kind and caring. Thank you very much !!!!!!

Our daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed. Everyone there was nice, and friendly. They were done in less than 30 minutes , she explained the discharge well, and called to check in with her afterwards. Definitely recommend them! Thank you all!

They got me in for consult and surgery, and out in about an hour same day. staff was really good and would recommend to everyone. They are way cheaper than aspen ridge dental, aspen ridge wanted me to schedule me 3 months after consult and charge $4000 more than wyoms.

Cancelled my son’s oral surgery the day before his surgery was scheduled because the doctor was out of the country, even though I confirmed the appt when they call 2 days before. Wanted to do his surgery the day before Thanksgiving. Seems like a great Thanksgiving break 4 wisdom teeth removed the day before. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I lived 3.5 hours from Casper had booked a hotel room and everything very displeased!

I got my wisdom teeth out while awake. They were super friendly and it only took them 5 minutes to get the teeth out. I highly recommend!

I’d rate this place 1000/5 stars if I could. Melissa was awesome, she made me feel safe and comfortable in a setting that would’ve otherwise been terrifying. She talked me through my IV placement which is my biggest fear in the world and helped mentally prepare me for my procedure. Dr Lucas did an amazing job at extracting all 4 of my wisdom teeth + 1 molar. It’s the day after and I have almost no pain/ swelling. I would recommend this office to anyone who has anxiety surrounding dental procedures as they provide a very comforting environment and do great work!

We travel full-time in an RV, my husband is union boilermaker and we follow his work. He was working at the power plant in Glenrock when he got an abcessed tooth so we went to River Rock Dental, they seemed great so we decided to meet with their oral surgeon about getting my husbands top teeth removed and getting a denture made. We had to leave town for another job before the denture was done. Months later, when we had a break between jobs, we got back on their schedule, scheduled a follow up with River Rock for the next day, booked a hotel, and drove 5.5 hours from Colorado for this appointment. (Leaving at 4:30 am with 2 toddlers). When we arrived at WYOMS, the lady at the desk asked if my husband had anything to eat and I honestly answered that he ate a few pieces of chex mix THREE hours ago. So they told us they cannot sedate him. Mind you, this was 40 minutes before his appointment, which would mean he ate the tiniest little bit 4 hours before his appointment. When I asked what we could do, because we just drove from Colorado for this appointment, the lady repeated "you drove from Colorado?" with the most shocked face as if we were the craziest people she'd ever seen. (Which felt very insulting! We travel for a living, it makes appointments very hard to schedule but we did it, we were there!) We made the trip to Casper because my husband has a very real fear of dentists and dental work. The folks at River Rock and WYOMS seemed nice, my husband felt comfortable, so YES we traveled from Colorado to get my husband the help he needed from kind and understanding people. We were very wrong, both staff at both locations were condescending to us (River Rock asked my husband about living in a car? Out of absolutely nowhere) WYOMS made absolutely no effort in trying to get us in another time, didnt even look at their schedule. They offered to do it without sedation, but as I said, my husband is scared and CANNOT be awake to have all those teeth extracted at once! Once it was clear that the staff was not kind or understanding, my husband walked out. He is not comfortable having dental work done with someone who doesnt care about their patients. It was very obvious that I could have lied and there would have been no issue. Honesty gets you nowhere these days. We will definitely never be back to this office for any reason. We will find another location that cares more about their patients than their strict policies. Your loved ones deserve to be treated as a unique individual, avoid this one-size-fits-all chop shop.

(To add, I understand the policies exist for a reason, but food leaves your stomach in 30 minutes to 3 hours, only 22.7% of patients get nauseous from sedation, only 13.2% actually vomit POST-OP, and only 1 in 3,000 aspirate while sedated. The risks for nausea increase for women, obese folks, non-smokers, and those with history of motion sickness: NONE of which apply to my husband. My husband has been sedated many times before and has never gotten sick, but they didn't care about his history, only their 8 hour policy, which turned into an 11 hour policy when the lady at the front said not to eat after midnight.)
