IT IS SUCH A POOR SYSTEM, RUDE PEOPLE, I MADE THREE CALLS OF ALMOST TWO HOURS EACH, THEN THEY CLOSED. THIS IS A BENEFIT THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE EASY ACCESS TO. WE CANT BE WAITING ON THE PHONE ALL DAY.

They need to hire more ppl. Been waiting on the phone for 2 hrs while I'm trying to get training done at school. Between y'all and the DMV, y'all need to tighten up. Ppl got $$$$ to do. We can't wait on the phone all day.

They lock out your account for unemployment so you can not do your weekly reporting and they will not answer the phone everything has to be done by computer or automated phone system It is just best to not file a claim with them as they do everything they can so they don't have to pay your claim they get to keep the money
