Alex Bear is the kind of agent I need. He's on task and he is easy to communicate with or get a hold of. I even worked with his other staff (Matt), yet found the same ease as with Alex. The whole process was painless and very clear. I'm tired of corporate insurance and working with multiple people across the globe over simple questions or problems; if you're like me, you need to call these guys.
