This would have been a no star if I could have posted with zero. My son in law and daughter went there for a home loan and what a disaster, pulled his credit three times in a month and a half, and then started complaining about the loan she recommended, said she would never do this type of loan again. Scheduled a closing date and water assessment with no appraisal and then started telling them the loan was probably not going to go through. After two and a half months they pulled the plug at Commerce and went to First Bank and 35 days later they signed on their new home. Commerce Bank never offered a different type of loan or any sort of solution, let them walk out the door after two and a half months of being lied to and put through the ringer for no reason. All I can say is incompetence.

My experience with Commerce Bank has been outstanding. Every time I call the receptionist, Lisa, she I so kind and very helpful. The whole women’s team at Commerce Bank are incredible to say the least. Whenever I have a problem Shannon & Katie go above and beyond to fix the situation. Working with Commerce has been by far the best bank to work with. Can’t thank the Commerce Team enough for the time and help.

YWCA has been banking with Commerce for over four years and have been very happy with the service we have received. Everyone at this branch is friendly and helpful. It's nice that they have a desk at the front door, (where they always have fresh cookies too 👍) and they always make sure I get the help I need, or pointed in the right direction right away.
