My car was in a wreck by one of Liberty Mutual’s policy holder and I never received a call from them to handle this matter. I was told of 3 different insurance adjusters assigned to the claim and NEVER heard from anyone. No one. I was even lied to by the last adjuster I was told assigned to the claim that she would call me right back after she got off the phone with someone else. Days later and still no call. This company is very unprofessional and provide poor quality when it comes to customer service. I’m even withdrawing prior business that I have with them because of this matter. I refuse to have personal business with a company that is unprofessional and do not take car accident claims serious.

Poor customer service. Just called spoke with a rude woman who wanted to argue. Then when asked to speak with a manager, her response was..."you can speak with manager, but they are probably going to tell you the same thing". That is the worse thing to tell a customer, a customer wants issues resolved, they don't want to hear that. Pitiful. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not a insurance agency. Just a business that collects commissions from whatever companies they’re schilling for. No online quotes, just pressure to talk with a agent from whatever companies they front for.
