Todd at 307 Towing is a lifesaver. Period.

So here I am, stuck in the sand on a dirt road, in the desert, in a little sedan, 30 miles from civilization. My spinning tires only dug deeper and I've already ruined my favorite shirt, the floor mats, and several unfortunate plants after cramming them under the tires for traction to no avail. If only I had turned around 100 feet ago...

I have no cell reception at the car so I start what I think will be an all night trek, praying for cell service. I get lucky and get a connection about ten minutes down the road so I call up 911, relieved I would actually be found alive. They got me in touch with Todd at 307 Towing. Through a bad cell connection he was able to figure out exactly where I was and meet me there in only an hour. He pulled me right out and even followed me on the way back to the highway to make sure I made it home alright.

I'm now sitting safe and sound, having dinner, and counting my blessings. Todd is the absolute man and 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you, Todd!

We broke down on the highway just outside of Douglas Wyoming and Houston at 307 towing fixed out truck at his shop. He was very knowledgeable and sweet. We had our RV towed to the KOA and Houston had our truck up and running the minute he got the parts and even text me hours later to make sure my truck was running good! On our way on Saturday to Yellowstone my sister’s brand new Honda SUV starts making thudding noises and we had to crawl to a truck stop in Wamsutter Wyoming .Two nice men saw we were in trouble and diagnosed our missing lug nuts and sheared off wheel studs and told us we had to get it fixed or towed. No one is fixing cars on Saturday afternoon in a small town. Todd Neufer came all the way to Rock Springs, quickly with no fuss, loaded the car and took us to the Honda dealer which was closed. He made sure we had a place to stay and also called his wife, who met us at the dealer. She dropped everything at home to drive us to the outside of town to rent a car at the airport. Both Todd and his wife were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we ended up ok. We were extremely happy with the service he provided.

Called to have a tow truck altering being stuck while traveling with an infant they told me 1 hr. I called an hr later and they have not sent anyone out. Then their phone would go straight to voice mail and voice-mail box was full. Being stranded in the middle of no where with an infant youd thing they would have the decency to admit they made a mistake and send someone out. Instead they would ignore my calls.

I found this company and the owner through my insurance after my truck lost the front driveline going down the road. It was a sunday, at 4pm. Todd was there within 15 minutes and had everything loaded up and dropped off at the repair shop within half an hour. Very professional, very friendly. I don't think I would call anyone else if I ever needed this service again.

This is not to be confused with 307 towing and repair in Douglas WY, this is the rock springs one. The most expensive tow that I've ever had for 3 days $900 5.3 miles, $100 a day. They are working a sceme with the police to rob people of their vehicles and pocket money. Insists on only taking cash, if you try to pay with a debit card, credit it's $400 more. Police are eager to almost frame people for drugs in order to rob people of everything including thier cars and if they can't find drugs or frame you they will tell you that your license is invalid (even when it is valid) and 307 towing is the next best thing at $100 a day. The combination will leave you stranded and robbed.
