Huge thanks to driver Austin for his incredible professionalism! I was in a tough situation—my truck was stuck, and he came to help. He carefully assessed the situation and skillfully adjusted the trailer since my truck wasn’t positioned straight. When I suggested turning around in a nearby parking lot, he didn’t just agree—he first went to check the road conditions, considering the winter weather and heavy snow.

After that, he cleared the way, got behind the wheel of my truck, and flawlessly backed up, making a perfect turnaround without a single slip. I was truly impressed by his skills—without a doubt, he is one of the most professional drivers I’ve ever seen! Thanks to his expertise and thoughtful approach, we saved a lot of time and money.

Broke down on the side of the road on the US six in utah heading to Colorado had a good experience with this company as a company driver Tyler was very professional. He gave us a ride to our hotel after dropping our truck off at the Kenworth dealership. My wife and I even left my wallet inside of his wrecker and he was generous enough to bring it back, even though his job was done! Hopefully I don’t ever get stuck in this area again, but if I do, I would recommend this company and I would recommend Tyler and the gentleman that he was training. Both of them very professional, and friendly. Thanks for my wallet once again man if you ever read this, we would’ve been stuck out side at 1:32 AM And not able to check into our hotel with out it!

I was stuck in the middle of nowhere, about 10mi off I80 near Rawlins, WY. AAA said StateFarm both said they couldn’t help. Shops I called in Rawlins had no trucks. I am so so grateful that you all could! Brendan Madia arrived just when you said he would. My dog was a little worried about getting in the truck, but he immediately loved Brendan and decided he was the safest part of the truck. I could never have hoped for such an outcome, but it really made my day! Many many thanks to your company and Brendan. I still woulda been sitting out there if it weren’t for you all!

I got locked out of my semi kenworth T-680 in Green River, Wyoming with my dog inside. They told me about an hour and came within 30 minutes. Unlocked and opened the doors! Very affordable rates!! Thanks very much Stauffers!!

Only 4 stars because I don't know about the financial side of things. However the heavy wrecker guys were a huge help! They were patient and really went out of their way to help out. I definitely appreciate them and their help getting my broke truck onto the trailer so i can haul it out of here.

Complete Rip-off! Stauffer’s Towing pulled the truck 10 ft up the hill, just by hooking up to a front axle, which actually took them 15 min . Our truck had line blocked in front of him, uphill on a Icy road, so had to stop and had problems moving up after the complete stop. They demanded 1800$ as a minimum charge and said that the rates are set by Wyoming Highway Patrol , what is complete BS. This is regular predatory practice by HD towing companies. If you check their feedback on Google for their UT location , you will see that they probably paying someone to fake their rating, I have hard time believing in 4.9 stars Towing Company rating from over 1000 satisfied customers 😉

Top notch company, I got my kenworth stuck and called them for a winch out. The girls that answered the phone were nice to talk to and said they had a truck available. They came right out as promised and got to me quick. Jason and Levi didn't hesitate on getting to work and had me out in no time. Was great to see guys that know what they're doing and can quickly assess the situation and know what is needed to get the job done instead over complicating things. As a driver that goes through wyoming nightly I wont hesitate to call them for any towing/recovery service if/when i ever need it.
