I just read his tag line, "I am passionate about helping people help themselves". This word salad is the complete opposite of what happens. His follow up skills with customers are null and void. He seems to care more about you in the sale and then nothing afterwards. Avoid

Alex is a terrible representative for Allstate. My insurance agent left and I was given Alex. He does not respond to phone calls, and when you complain to his office personal, they just say yes he doesn't always call back and they hear that often. How awful ! The only reason he is still in business is because he speaks Spanish. DON'T USE HIM, HE IS AWFUL !!

Avoid Alex. I had a terrible experience as a home insurance customer. He would only speak to me “off the record” on personal cell phone to give insurance advice. No replies to multiple emails asking about a landlord policy in writing. When I finally went elsewhere to a more helpful company, he was rude, childish and verbally aggressive when I tried to cancel. Hung up the phone on me and would not let me complete a sentence while I was asking how I could receive my refund and notify my mortgage company.

Alex provides TERRIBLE service. Have been back and fourth with him on the phone guy until HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN wouldn't answer my questions would use other excuses to not answer what I had to say. Asked my mom personally to have this review taken down in exchange for an incentive . He repeatedly talks over you and interrupts you i had to tell the guy to stop talking over me. Goes days without calling you back. Even my parents don't want to go into his office to not deal with him. My mom only continues to hold a policy for him due to language barriers with other agents, and because she doesn't have to deal with him directly anymore.

I would have given zero stars. This guy does not even deserve a 1 star review. Very disrespectful and unprofessional! My mother called with questions and concerns and this guy didn’t even have the audacity to listen to her. He went as far as hanging up the phone on her. This is not a way to earn business. Stay away!!!

I don’t know how he has a business. What ever happened to helping your community. Called for a quote and he was so invasive and non supportive. There was no proposed solution only comments and opinions to ridicule.

Terrible service. I called all week and emailed Alex asking for a copy of my inspection report since I got an email saying the inspection was unacceptable. I asked for it to be sent so I can show my contractor who was scheduled to do repairs the same week. I was told he would send it to me but never did. I kept calling and emailing every day for an entire week and was totally ignored or dismissed. Each time he answered he said he would sent it but never did. Very unprofessional.

The Worst, I wish I could switch Agents but Customer Service told me I'd have to cancel my account and then re-open a new account with a different agent. I just call customer service with any questions or needs now.
