Usually, i am a person that gives good feedback for great service but i am very unhappy with the service from American Family Insurance. Upon getting my auto policy, it was one price per month. Every month afterwards, my monthly payments have increased for no apparent reason. Why has this happened? It's not a good way to do business. AFI used to be consistent in its policies and procedures in the past but now seems different. We are not looking forward in the future with this lack of transparency with monthly fees.
