Horrible customer service! The worst thing I've ever experienced. Claudia Reilly can't meet a self-imposed deadline to save her life. I had to repeatedly contact her to request quotes and revisions. They struggled for months to set up simple automatic payments from my checking account. They struggled for months to stuck with them thinking things would get better, but after a year, they did not. Good riddance! Absolute incompetence.

Love this place, progressive wanted 150 alone for my motorcycle now I 150 a month for my brand new bike and new car. Will always recommend them. I got my dad to go with them and he got his friend to switch to them and my mom

Worst agency I have ever dealt with, literally the worst, 3 months for them to submit a certificate of SR22 to the DMV and could not get it done, absolute incompetence, I called and called and called and emailed and faxed and still no results. I ended up going back to the agency I have always used on 1/10/20 and on 1/11/20 the certificate was received and my license is valid. I paid three months straight for them not to do their job. AND EVEN MORE TROUBLING IS THAT THE NEW COMPANY SAVED ME 25% IN 5 MINUTES! I HONESTLY DONT THINK THEY CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS ITS ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY, I ADVISE EVERYONE TO GET A DIFFERENT QUOTE!

Person to see is Claudia. She's the proprietor, & she's very helpful. This insurance service handles/ represents a lot of different insurance companies. Auto insurance is MANDATORY in Wi. Reilly insurance helps you to be able to afford it.
