I am very happy I found 1st Light Insurance & Financial Services. The products including the services are both very good. The lady was very friendly and professional. She quoted insurance carefully to make sure I receive the discounts the insurance company provides.

She always spent times explaining to make sure I understand clearly before purchasing.

Now I am able to save a lot of money with my auto and homeowners insurance policies, comparing to all of my previous insurance policies with other insurance agencies.

One day I came to the front of my house early at 4:00am to start my car just to warm it up so I can go to work. As soon as I started my car, I decided to let the engine run for awhile. I stepped out of my car then I locked all doors. I went inside my house for about 10 minutes then I came back out and I discovered my car disappeared.

All I could see were broken glasses on the ground. I didn't know what to do so I cried. I thought to myself, "How could someone hurt my car like this?" I love my car very much, I don't want any one hurting my car at all. I missed my car so much. My car is my best friend whom I can rely on for years, it took me to work and took me home every day but now it's gone. I felt very lonely.

The only thing I could think of at that time is to call my insurance agent. However, it was too early, her office won't open until10:00am. I knew in my heart she won't answer phone calls this early, but I called her any way.

After the 3rd rings, my insurance agent answered my phone call with a friendly voice. I was crying so I couldn't speak for a few seconds. She said,
"I can hear you cry. Are you all right? Who are you?"

I told her who I was and what had happened to my car. Right away she comforted me with very soft voice, " Don't worry, you have insurance so all you have to do is call the police"

By having my insurance agent answering my phone call and talking to me out of the working hours when I am in a big trouble, I felt so lift up. I felt like I can always count on someone when I fall in the dark.

Many hours later, the police found my car all damaged. The insurance company paid me enough money to buy another car. Since then every time I drove on the road I felt like my insurance company and my insurance agent were my guardian angles who I can count on at all times.
