I had a bad accident on the freeway system about 3 weeks ago and Hugh and his staff were extremely helpful in walking me through the process of things that needed to be done. They were quick to get me in a rental, get my truck to the shop and to get the claims person out to asses damages. They were perfect to work with through the process. I have coverage through home, rental property and vehicle and Hugh has always been helpful in making the proper choices with my insurance needs.

I don't like to rate local people poor as I always try and give the benefit of the doubt but I have never had such a terrible insurance experience in my life then with this location. Hugh might be great, but he passes everything off to people that are clueless. It leaves me with terrible customer service. Truly Unbelievably!

I have had insurance for since getting my first car, let’s just say a few years ago. Since I have lived in a few places I have used a lot of companies. This one I have had since moving into the area and is by far my favorite. Whether it was helping me add a vehicle, assist me with making a claim, finding me discounts I didn’t know existed, or just talking me through an accident until the cops arrived - these people are very excellent at what they do. Nothing but good to say.

My comment is about Brenda Pagel- she was absolutely incredible! She directed me through filing a claim (who would have EVER thought that could be a pleasant phone Call?), was so kind and professional, knowledgeable and efficient. And when miscommunication between dealer and adjuster caused delay, Brenda got on the phone personally. I had a call within 5 minutes after that! Having car damage is awful. Dealing with insurance and mechanics and rental vehicles and costs is a nightmare! Except it wasn't. Brenda took such good care of me. Oconomowoc- Hugh Thompson State Farm blew Progressive's prices out of the water for me. But it was Brenda's personal touch that took my breath away. Thanks Brenda!
18 Mar 2016 Update Poor Brenda Pagel! I hope she finds a better employer soon. Hugh Thompson is SUCH a jerk, and as God is my witness I wil NEVER be a State Farm customer again. I hit construction debris at night blown into the road in severe storm conditions- my insurance gets CANCELLED. I went to American Family Insurance- paid LESS, AFTER the no-fault accident., than at State Farm BEFORE the accident. Still love Brenda. As for Hugh and State Farm? May all you do, return to you.
