Literally scammers. They totalled my car when it was not by adding damages m this company a Corey needs to be investigated. Big time. They are committing fraud at its highest level.

I am low income on social security. My rates increased by $13.00 every 6 months. They blame it on rate increases for my area, which is nothing but a bunch of baloney. And that's putting it nicely. I have had no accidents or tickets, yet my rates have gone up by $26 a month in the last 6 months. I will never use them again.

We have been with shelter for around 35 years for cars and for home since 1996 they have always treated us right I wouldn't use anyone else they always friendly and they move pretty quickly I recommend them to anyone

After 9 years with Shelter we are so glad to be leaving. They have been sticking it to us acting as if they have been "giving us the best deal" by rewording our policies, however, we have actually been OVER PAYING by $400 X 2 on our car insurance. After a recent move to Texas, in which we let them know, they "rewrote" our homeowner's policy yet included the SAME coverage and are charging us $228 dollars more a year because we no longer live there. Thank God Shelter doesn't cover Texas, or we would still be getting screwed. Disappointed in the coverage and customer service when told "sorry nothing we can do" without even checking in to it. Run and don't look back!
