I had a very poor experience with this title company. At the appointment the entire process felt very rushed and when I asked for explanations about the different line items I felt like I was annoying the agent. There were two mistakes on my final assessment that I did not catch until after I had left and the agent did not apologize or take responsibility for them. I had some additional issues with processing my payout and they did not work with me to fix the problems or again, take any responsibility for the misunderstandings.

Had to get my fiance to go sign some paperwork. She went there to sign only to be told there's no paperwork and she needs to go to court for legal document. Acting like my fiance breaking the law. Will not go back to Schmitt Title when I sell my house. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.
More like Shit title then Schmitt Title.

If you have to use this company I would suggest getting every word in writing as what they say and what they do can be very misleading. I would suggest however finding a different title company.
