I overlooked the fact that my premiums went up each and every year because I was too lazy to look into finding alternate coverage. The final straw was when they put liability only on my brand new vehicle and I had to call to correct their mistake. Pretty clear that you're just a $$ to them.

I like them. They do call every year on my birthday to wish you a happy birthday, which is nice but then want to go over your coverage and try to up sell you on additional things which I don't like.
