I have been working with Richards Insurance for almost a decade now. Over that time period Shelly Clark has been my rep on the business side. She's fantastic! Extremely fast response times (usually within an hour). Shops around for the best/simplest coverage for my business on my behalf. And my employees who interact with her have gone out of their way to say what a delight she is to work with. I'm a very happy client!

Was with them for nearly a year lapsed in my coverage witch is on me but was only 2 weeks late told me I had to replace my coverage and pay for the whole policy up front ya like I got 900 bucks just lying around. Went to the general online and got same insurance for 50 bucks cheaper. Don't go here they will rip you off!!
