They are great until you have a claim. After almost 90 days they are not willing to pay enough to repair our home after storm damage. Costing me over 14k out of pocket. Agent is not able to be talked too - you have to talk to her assistant as she is “too busy to deal with it” as I was told by her assistant. Run away and pay a company that is there for you when you need it!

I've been insured under Kim for a little over a year now, but her associates Debbie and Sue have always been extremely pleasant to work with. Ever since I moved here, Sue helped leverage my previous policy to my greatest benefit in a very timely manner. Since then both Debbie and Sue have answered my questions flawlessly.

Very nice when they are selling you insurance- no help when you need to use the insurance you pay for. You can’t talk to the actual agent, Kim. She is too busy to deal with it per her assistant.
