My wife and I applied for a home mortgage for the first time in over 40 years. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and communication that was provided by Shane Bodenheimer. He kept us informed of changes in interest rates as well as where we stood in the loan process. He went well above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend him for your mortgage needs.

They are always so helpful in any needs I have and take time to get to know me. I am very pleased I switched to them and have been with them a few years now.

Really disappointed with how this bank stays in contact with their members. an email, call, or text to let me know my account needed oversight was all that would have been necessary to remedy things. Unfortunately they don't have backup methods of contact it seems. A touch more humanity in these trying times would have been wonderful but again unfortunately they failed.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Closing our account because we overdrafted too many times, yet we were NEVER offered an overdraft protection until I was told about it on the phone. I’d rather go back to the terrible customer service at unison. Do not bank here!

Every time I try and use a ATM my card will not work because this bank still does not have chip cards. Very annoying and a huge inconvenience
