I have set up multiple accounts here and had all of my questions answered and the process was made so simple. Even when I’m out of town I can call and within the day I will get a call back and any questions or problems I have will be resolved during the call.

Whenever I go to National Exchange Bank in Elkhart Lake, and it’s usually the drive-through, the tellers are always so sweet. They greet you with a smile. They say have a good day when you leave. it’s just such a wonderful place to do banking.

I was having issues linking my VISA card to my PayPal a/c - kept getting a message that "your bank is declining your card." Robyn at the Elkhart Lake office went out of her way to get this problem fixed - and did so successfully. She and the rest of the staff were most efficient, kind, and showed excellence in customer service while Robyn and I worked to get my PayPal back in working order. I can't thank them enough! They ALWAYS greet us with a smile, a kind word and humor, and, of course, my little chiweenie, Jack, always gets a treat. Keep up the great work.

Best bank ever!!!! Personal experience matters to consumers and if anyone cares to hear my experience, this bank is the definition of a caring, personable, and trustworthy small town establishment. I don’t think twice depositing checks and driving away without a statement because I trust my bankers. They know me by name and have treats ready for my kids and puppy. I have never had an issue as a result of them, and in fact they have proactively fixed some of my online banking errors and helped my bills to be paid on time by doing so. I could bank elsewhere if I wanted to, but I choose National Exchange Bank and Trust in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
