I worked with Mindy Casper on refinancing my mortgage and cannot stress how amazing she was to work with. When I originally secured my loan for my first house it was a nightmare- I was constantly confused and felt like I was being rushed along by my original credit union as just another transaction. Mindy walked me through the process and explained everything thoroughly, worked as though she were truly on my team and went above and beyond to make this an easy, comfortable experience. Everything was prompt and SO efficiently done. Also, the rates at Bank of Kaukauna literally cannot be beat. Highly recommend to everyone.

Bank is great but dont ever use their website. Its not great to log in for mortgage documents.

I have been so impressed with this bank! Tamara has been wonderful to work with. I am from out of state and struggled to find a local bank that was willing to help me. Tamara was understanding and willing to walk me through everything. Some of the documents were time sensitive, and she was working on the weekends! I am so grateful for her and the Bank of Kaukauna!

Stopped in today for the first time ever and didn't know they closed the lobby at 3pm or were by appointmentonly. I made a phone call and was able to get in for some good info on a construction loan even though I was after 4. I also went to Google to edit their hours for them. I think they did great. Hopefully we can do some business.
