I will not give 5 stars because there is one person that really needs help with his/ her customer service experience.
but I really like the bank, there are some amazing people there to, not all is bad.

Costumer services skills weren't the best I came in to start a savings account she was on phone but no one checked to see if she was off and I waited 15to 20 mins until one of the loan people came out and asked if I was being helped the front person heard and finally went to check when she came she didn't really welcome me or seem to care that I was there and told me I had to make an apptment that wasn't going to work for me waiting wasn't an option this bank was recommended to me by a friend I went to a different bank and had a savings account started in fifteen min
