We love our new apartment! It's a quite neighborhood. The staff are amazing. They help anyway they can. The apartment it self is quite we live downstairs and can not hear the neighbors going upstairs or any noise from them at all. We are happy we moved in.

I wish I could give them zero stars. When I moved in I was in a tight spot and needed a place asap. I should have looked further. Upon moving in the carpet was disgusting and stained. They didn't bother putting in new carpet, although by the looks of the brown water in the toilet it had been empty for quite sometime. When my kitchen faucet broke due to a MAJOR buildup of hard water, the maintenance man exploded pesticides in the apartment by dropping a saw. Getting them to compensate me ANYTHING for my dog food that was in the kitchen and other food. Bread, spices. the clean up. They did the bare minimum. They also charged me and made me pay for my neighbors water. They were two people and a dog. I was one person and a dog. All in all, these people are not good people to rent from. So glad I'm out of that hole.

I wanted to take a moment and share my experiences with the team at Spark Development.

I was in a world of hurt, and had completely lost faith in the business my wife and I had started. The financial implications of what we were experiencing were demoralizing. it was a myriad of things that could go awry with a rental property portfolio, compounded by being geographically away and my wishes not being honored.

Well, the stars aligned and a friend of mine suggested I chat with Troy Keller whom was a empathetic listener and broadly experienced; what I saw as a downside he saw as an opportunity to deliver value. Having dealt with Troy, the bar was set high (remember I was appalled and overwhelmed so I was leery), so I was expecting the next individual to disappoint. Well, enter the picture Fernando Rodriguez and Allan Sonkowski, and they not only honored Troy's promises and assurances, but they also made it a reality!. Nothing was over promised and everything was overdelivered. From renovations, to tenant and utility management, to being fair and just to both the owner and tenant, streamlining costs that were unduly put on the landlord and God forbid a plan to move forward, deliver value to the tenant and reward the owner with transparency and client centered attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, the management of our humble attempt to entrepreneurship is managed daily by Fernando Rodriguez. Fernando's knowledge, experience, proficiency, capabilities and his managing of my expectations while delivering pleasant surprise after pleasant surprise keeps happening.

I will end with with what I said at the beginning which was I had lost faith. Faith and positive outlook has now returned to the point, that if possible we would invest more to provide value driven housing to tenants and value to our family.

Slumlord Alert!
Fox Cities Property Management bought over St. Luke's place on Jefferson St. In Two Rivers a few months ago. After raising our rent, adding water fees to our bill, and leaving our apartment complex filthy and smelling like sewage, they decided to throw away all the tenants belongings that were in the storage area designated to each tenant by a tag with our apartment numbers. Photo albums, tools, walkers, wheelchairs, appliances, etc were all taken without permission. Police were called and they put a stop to it AFTER everything was tossed in the trash trailer. Our building is comprised of mostly elderly people, who didn't even know what was happening to their stuff. The property manager hung up on me and refused to answer the phone, leaving us frantic while people were hauling our belongings away. People had to leave work to try and protect their belongings.. Stay away from this place. We are now looking for a new place, after enjoying this property for 4 years under the previous management. Absolutely sickening that we are all treated like meaningless cockroaches. We have always been good tenants who always paid on time.

We have done work for Fox Cities quite a few times now and all the people handling the work orders have been great to deal with and great with communication with the projects we are on. They seem to be on top of the issues that come up on their properties and want to get the tenants/owners back up and running as soon as possible. Also are timely on the billing. Quandt Plumbing
