I rented from Star Properties for a couple years and was very pleased with the experience. The landlord and his team are very responsive. Maintenance was done in a timely manner. Everyone was great to work with. My rental was in good condition.

I rented with Star properties for 4 years and had a great experience. I stayed in 3 of Star’s houses. Each move in day the houses were clean like you’d hope, and there was never any delays like I had heard from friends that rented through other companies. Kent was great at answering his phone quickly and fixing any issues that arose. I couldn't recommend Star properties enough. The price of rent was more than affordable and their houses are newly renovated with great amenities. The houses are cared for and the service I experienced was above and beyond.

Houses get leased for the following school year early into the current school year. With that said, it’s essential to look at houses early to ensure you get the place you like.

I have rented from Star properties for a year now! I have had no issues with them being great landlords! I was looking for a single family home he only had a lower apartment available but told me if I delt with this for the year once I was settled i could pick any house he had available for the following year! I picked my house within a coupe months and now here we are next week moving into a 5 bedroom house that I absolutely love!! Any issues we had at our currently rental they were very prompt on taking care of kent and his guys are great people!! UPDATE 9/30 we have been in our new rental for 2 months there was a few things that I noticed needed a little attention after we moved in kents team fixed everything promptly and even got me a brand new stove I absolutely loveee the lil things we love when we age lol!!

I would not recommend even looking at a property through this company. Rent is ridiculously high for college housing. Rent is charged by person and is paid in 3 month installments. Doesn't matter how many people you have living there the Rent goes up with each one added to the lease. My fiance and I were paying 1300 a month to live in the lower half of a run down decrepit old house, where the upstairs neighbors never bothered to lock or even close at times the shared front/ side doors.
