I invested with Annex Wealth management 21 months ago and all they have done is lost my money. I called them up and wanted to talk to somebody. It took almost 2 weeks before I got a response and they say they are a fiduciary. What fiduciary takes 2 weeks to respond. That is in my best interest. All I see on my reports is buy high and sell low. They have cost me 100000 dollars of my retirement. Money managers are supposed to make money not lose it At the rate they are losing it I will be broke. They tell me bonds are doing pore, but they keep buying and selling at a lose.

Very friendly but am very disappointed by the lack direction given to us. We're 70+years of age, most of our money is invested through Annex. One would think that a good financial advisor would've been paying attention to the markets at the beginning of 2022 and sensed a decline in the market. I did, but felt my advisor would make the right decisions for us. Wrong! At over 70 years of age just how does an advisor think I'm going to make back what I've lost in the recent months and will continue to lose with the present status of the worlds economy before I check out? But hey, as long as we're lining their pockets, is all it matters! My advise look for someone who has your future and well-being in mind...I am presently looking.
