I have only 1 complaint. That the lady behind the desk, she has always been wrongfully hateful towards me, she even went as far as to lock me out of my unit, for weeks . I would ask her to fix my code but everytime I was tried to go to my storage unit she would still have it locked, she did this spiteful move because I had to call the office phone number that's on there sign to let Reese know I wasn't able to get in my unit, but she had all calls forwarded to her home phone. How was I supposed to know, well she answered hatefully & even told me it was rude to call her at that hour. When I went to the office the following day she was even more hatefull. It would be the perfect storage unit I have had but she ruins my happy thoughts everytime I go in to pay. She shouldn't be working with the public for sure.
