They used to be easy to contact, now ever since the office shut down it's hard to reach them. I have left voicemails and they won't return calls. I needed to make changes on my policy and they're the only ones who can do it (the broker) Ins company cannot make any changes! I'm very disappointed with "On The Spot". I'm left hanging without being able to make changes, I will be looking else where for a new ins.

Been doing business with Joe for several years but same as with my mother. Joe has not returned any of my calls, or emails and my policy has expired! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!
