Bob Peterson's office is top notch! I've been with them for about 6 years. I always work with Karla who is AMAZING! She is super responsive, attentive to my questions and explains things in an easily understandable manner. It may be a bit more expensive than some of those cut rate insurance agencies -- but let's be honest, when you need to use your insurance you have a problem. Whether it's an accident or a house flood, it's so comforting to know that you have a quality product and a friendly team to help you get thru it. I would completely recommend this office!

After moving to California and having our car insurance almost double, I reached out to Bob Peterson's State Farm. Racheal was very knowledgeable and understanding. She helped lower our monthly bill by more than 25% while also increasing our coverage. We got the best coverage for less money and are very happy with the prompt and professional service this agency provides. We also switched our life insurance policies to State Farm and again received better coverage and rates as well. Very highly recommend!

My agent, Karla is the BEST! Not only did she help me when my car was totaled, I never had a thing to worry during the process of dealing with the insurance company. She was very responsive and attentive to my needs. And now, I just added renters to my policy and it she made it incredibly easy! I know I've got nothing to worry about while I have her and the entire team at Bob's office to watch my back!
