Mrs. Bermudez is an excellent agent. I’ve been with Allstate for more than 25 years and have had Mrs Bermudez for several years. She is responsive and friendly when I call or email. She helps with various insurance options for auto, home and life. I recommend her to anyone that I’ve had discussions with regarding insurance needs. Allstate is not a cheap insurance, in fact, Allstate auto rates are extremely high. The ONLY reason I have not switched insurance companies is because of the service Mrs Bermudez gives. I make calls for something regarding my insurance about every other month. I get a fast and friendly response every time. I appreciate that. It has been that way since day 1 with Mrs Bermudez.

Sadly the cost of insurance has gone up. Also being told if you go to Auto Pay you won't have to pay 2 months up front. And then after doing that to paying 2 months up front the next renewal you have to pay 2 months up front. Times are hard. It's difficult to go from paying 150 a month then renewal 1st payment $312. Either way they get their money no need to do 2 months up front. Very saddening.

Jannet please do better especially when you’re the owner of that establishment.
My father and I were very disappointed with how you treated us.
The moment we walked in, you didn’t even bother to welcome us. We stood by the door for 10 minutes confused. Finally after telling us to walk in to your office you still didn’t bother to apologize for the wait. The entire time we sat in your office you were distracted by incoming calls.. did our time and business not matter to you
The rates were so horrible and seems like you know how to take advantage of people. I have an elder father who was completely genuine and honest with you but yet you decided to tell us to leave.
This is by far the worst thing I’ve ever had to experience. And for future reference please know “Our time and other people’s time is just as valuable as yours… you need to do better”.
