I too was a client there, and they are the most difficult people to get a hold of, even by email they do not answer anything or anyone, i waited to write this review until i was free and clear of them,.
I would stay away from them and kemper insurance. It is already hard enough getting insurance in CA. let alone having to deal with these knuckle heads....

Update: Turns out they are still in business. Moved out of state and work remote with someone still local. Totally understand working remote, just not acceptable when they do not return calls or emails. After still trying to contact my agent, they did not respond but eventually someone else did. I am just thankful we did not ever have to use the actual insurance as I do not believe we would have gotten any help. I hate writing any bad reviews, I don't even normally do good or bad, just was trying every way to get any kind of response from them.

I do not think this company is in business any longer. They do not answer phone or emails. For months. The address on website is fake. Heard they moved out of state, even if so I understand people work remote that is fine. But they need to communitcate that with their current customers! Have tried all the phone and emails with zero response. Maybe they will see this and call me back? Definately would not recommend them.

These people are incompetent. We had a ridiculous increase In homeowner insurance. Called them, no response. Found our own insurance and notified them in June! We were entitled to a refund. True Pro said they'd process it. They didn't. Called several months later. No refund. Had to provide Declaration Page. I did. They completed the request for a refund with the wrong date even after they had the policy Declaration Page. They were notified the next day from the carrier to correct it. True Peo Never corrected it. Here it is 11/15th still no refund. They are incompetent, unavailable and rude. Get someone else. Many phone calls and hassles from June to November. No excuses. You'll end up scouting for your own insurance anyway.

One of my favorite things that makes them stand out is their ability to work with you directly via email. You can ask questions, get quotes, request changes and make payments via email. I find this much faster and easier than calling. Also, their prices are VERY competitive and among the lowest in the industry. Last but not least, they are happy to offer suggestions to make sure you get most appropriate coverage for your situation and they are always happy to answer every question you may have. To make a long story short, Tai, Rachel and Autumn are amazing! I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs.

Trying to get quote from them for my home insurance. Tried several times and no response. If you want insurance broker, I would never use this one. On for the hills. Maybe they're very busy. But at least do a call back. This company is pathetic!
