Worst agent I’ve ever had. She’ll tell me a price and then I will be charged random amounts over the course of my installments that makes no sense and are all over the place. One months is 176$ then it’s 38$ then 211$. She doesn’t contact you at any point near a renewal either. I legitimately have to call her numerous times and there is never a return phone call. The communication is the absolute worst. I call to try to get help and she does not provide any. I usually have to call her numerous times just to get a response and then also to follow up because she will not return phone calls. I also get bills or have my online account showing a balance when it’s already paid. I wonder how many times I’ve over paid or been charged In Duplicate because she is not helpful and doesn’t ever seem to be able to explain anything. Overall the worst agent, the worst communication and provides the least amount of help. If I could leave 0 stars or better yet negative stars I would’ve.

If I could give this agent, Nadia Korkis less than 1 star. I would. I had both renters and auto insurance through her as the Farmers Agent. It took 3 emails and endless calls (this woman NEVER picks up) to finally have the renters canceled. Months later I attempted to cancel my auto insurance...same scenario although it took 4 cancelation requests to FINALLY get an answer. I really can't imagine what would have happened if I had gotten into and accident and needed to reach my agent. There are too many insurance companies/agents to dealt with and at MUCH lower rates for HIGHER coverage. I would seriously DETER anyone from working with this agent.

Only giving her one star because Google won't let me give zero.
As mentioned by others, terrible "Agent." Does not respond to email or calls, rates constantly change for no reason and lies when pressed for an explanation.

Stay away from this agent- it will be nothing but a headache. I feel for anyone that may have had to file a claim with her, must have been torture.

Too bad Farmers doesn't review these posts.
