Rob has been my agent for over 30 years. And luckily I haven't needed his help often. Recently, I had a chip in my 2019 Volvo SUV windshield, right above my left eye line of sight. Driving me crazy, so, I decided to get it fixed. Volvo dealership quote to replace the windshield was extreme. Submitted to my insurance to find out how much they would cover, and they would cover it all but my deductible, which is reasonable. Then, Rob suggested that I have a local service patch the chip instead. He recommended Novus Glass. Conner came to my office, patched the chip within 30 minutes. I couldn't even find the patch without Conner pointing it out! AWESOME! and way, way cheaper than replacing the entire windshield. Rob has always exceeded my expectation for insurance advise, this was no exception. Thanks Rob!
