Extremely unprofessional. Spoke with Robin Kettering and she was extremely hostel and condescending from the begin of the call. Her firm handles my HOA’s insurance policy and I was simply trying to find out my options. She provided the worst customer service I’ve ever received. She was defensive from the beginning, cut me off every chance she got. I was not able to have a constructive professional conversation with her.

When I asked her name she said “I’m the owner if you are thinking of complaining about me”

As a business owner how do you conduct your business like that? Just because you are the owner you can treat your clients poorly because you don’t answer to anyone?

I would strongly advise against working with this firm. Not a professional business and poor leadership.

What a horrible business!!! The staff from the phones to the actual work can care less about your business. Save your self the headache and go to a more professional company. Kettering has lost its touch with customer service.

After 7 years of paying them premiums they leave you in the dark and overcharge you for stuff they should do for free.
