I went in to make a deposit. I have not been to this branch in a very long time because I moved. I used to live very close . I started to say hi to the teller and tell her how different the branch looked and she interrupted me and did not care to have any conversation . Could not even say have a good day nothing . Not saying we all to be perfect and friendly.
But some common courtesy would have been nice.

I closed my account on July 23, 2019. California Coast still has not sent me the cashier's check from what was left in my account. It is over 30 days and they tell me I need to buy a security bond to cancel the cashier's check in order to cancel it and resend it. Are you kidding me? I don't think they ever sent it. They claim it is lost in the mail. Not a way to do business.
