Payed my loan off with bank transaction. After payment was then notified it will be 14 days to release the TITLE to the DMV. Then was told if I paid it off with CASH it would be immediate. I told the clerk I needed the title as quickly as possible before making the last payment. If notified prior to the last payment I would have brought cash to the bank and paid it off. This all could have been avoided.

OMG!!! CATHY IN THE LA MESA BRANCH THAT HELPS WITH LOANS IS AMAZING!!! I went in inquiring about a auto loan, and she was detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and very quick with her processing the loan info. You can actually see her mind working 10 steps ahead of your's dotting the "I's" and crossing the "T's" as your sitting there!!! Conducting business these days can be so grueling and time consuming, everyone just dreads having to do it! That's how I felt, but Cathy helped me maneuver right through the process and got me right out of there. She's a breath of fresh air, and I will continue to come back and referred her to all my friends!!!!

This is the greatest credit union/Bank in San Diego!! Of course I'm talking about the branch here in La Mesa.
How I never found this place before now is mind boggling!!
Everybody I've dealt with here has been sensational and they have EXCELLENT customer service skills.
The lady that opened my account (Pam Manke) could not have been more impressive. It was a quick easy process to open my two accounts and I even got my debit card the same day!!
Also..I then worked with (LIZ) in the Kearney Mesa underwriting department and she was like poetry in motion!! I got my visa card in 1 day!!
So if you want to be a fool and deal with horrible customer service then go ahead and stay with Wells Fargo or Bank of the West which is now BMO.
Both of them should be fined $500,000 for IMPERSONATING A BANK!!😁
I'm now officially off suicide watch because I've found the BEST BANK here in La Mesa and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

I have been banking with Cal Coast for at least 25 years and I love them. Everyone who works there is so very nice, also very efficient and when necessary, very patient. I've experienced multiple fraud situations and my bank has always resolved the issue. They have a super fraud department. When you become a member they have a cool incentive program, refer a friend and both of you receive $25. Also, as you do direct deposit and online banking you earn points and you can use them towards different things like covering an overdraft charge. I think Cal Coast is the best bank I have ever used. Thanx Cal Coast for being such an awesome bank.

They actually went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law get her large inheritance check handled and made it work exactly as we needed it to. Thanks for being helpful and listening to our requests. Highly recommend this location.
