WILLIAM KOTZ IS A CROOK . How would you like to pay your premiums every month faithfully and when a tragic event happen at your home or business state farm wiggles out of paying the claim with some of state farm, professional people out of Bakersfield that helped do all the dirty work . This man can not be trusted.
