I chose this insurance broker because at the time we purchased our home, they were the only ones who could find a homeowners policy for us. I moved all my auto insurance to them, as well.

It was great to find help with this at the time, but anytime I’ve called when so need help with changes to my policies, it takes several days to get a call or email response from them.

Their outgoing message says they are working remotely due to CoronaVirus but checking messages every 30 min. I left a message 2 days ago, on a Thursday, and never heard back. I need a lien holder removed from the home policy to proceed with a mortgage refinance. This is annoying because it is a simple ask that is holding up my loan.

Called Travelers direct and they say my agent has requested that I deal with them directly for such needs.

Pretty sure I will be looking for a new agent/broker after this loan is finalized, or going direct with Travelers, if possible.
