We’ve been here for two years and will definitely recommend this apartment complex. It was a friend who mentioned how he loved his place here and we decided to give it a try and since then, we enjoyed living here. Ever since new management came, it got better and better. They were quick to address any concerns and always so nice. Thank you Lisa and Mike. Property is always kept nice, clean and safe. The view from our balcony is also a plus. 😊

As someone who is just starting out in the world as a young adult I was looking to find a good apartment complex that would be able to suit my needs to get to work and back as well as being affordable and comfortable. Me and my family stumbled across these apartments and I instantly decided to move in here. The property managers are awesome and always are there if you need them, especially during emergencies. I would definitely recommend renting from Lakeside Townhomes, as I have already at work for people looking for new places to live.

This is my first experience with an apartment starting out on my own and you always hear that landlords are terrible, but that can't be farther from the truth with the management of Lakeside! Every single time I've called, emailed or put it a maintenance request it had been responded to within a day! The grounds and apartments themselves are also very well kept and it's a beautiful place to live and very quiet! I love it here and plan on staying. Highly recommend!

I’ve only been here about 6 months and I love it!! My 2 bedroom apt is beautiful!! Laundry hookups and laundry on site, Lisa and Mike and warming people, they helped me and my fiancé get into an apartment quick! Easy applications, and very good service! Property is always kept nice and clean, quiet safe place to live! Thank you Mike and Lisa for everything you do!

Lisa has been amazing. Really enjoyed staying here. Anything maintenence wise needing fixed was fixed promptly and professionally. Even got a welcome basket when I moved in. Very thoughtful, they listen to any and all concerns, absolutely recommend.

I can't say enough about this complex. Lisa and Mike (new managers) have been so amazing since day 1 of taking over. They made my move in process a breeze and have been a phone call or message away if I needed them. The apartment itself is so spacious and was updated before move in. I truly do feel like this is one of the best places you could rent for such an affordable price. Oh and the views of the lake from the bedroom is also a great touch 😉
