No one ever answers the phone. Nothing ever gets fixed. Today the mantience people or the yard folks not sure which one, threw away some of my property that our LEASE AGREEMENT says we can have. They keep raising the rent. Hell I wonder if they are still advertising that pool they promised us and then filled in 4 months later. I'd give zero stars if possible

Ghan & cooper have recently took over this complex. Since then they have been slowly booting out tenants by raising the rent. Before they took over rent was $700. Now they want $775 for water and to use the washer and dryers that were already in the unit before they took over. These apartments are not worth 700 let alone 775! This is what happens when corporate companies come in. change nothing and increase the rent. Arkansas needs renters rights!

This property looks so nice all the time and the new updates are amazing! After living here 10+ years ago and to see that it is just as nice on the outside but even better on the inside is awesome. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time and money! Nothing is ever fixed, I was living there for 4 months my fridge and dryer were broken, and they wouldn’t fix it. There are druggy people everywhere. Neighbor pulled gun out on someone and landlord did nothing and neither did the cops. There are teenagers blasting music until 4-5am, stomping, drinking, and throwing parties. & the landlord does nothing. In the lease, it states that if there are noise complaints, an eviction process will start. And instead of kicking them out, she made us leave. I am pretty sure she is related to him. I was also not the only neighbor complaining about the blasting music at all hours of the night. She tells me to call the cops, and the cops tell me to call her. When I told her that our neighbor was threatening us and blasting music all night, she defended him and told us to leave. We paid our rent on time, early actually, each month and no one ever had problems with us. She told us to leave and kept our deposit and our rent, even though we weren’t there the whole month. We were only there for 3 days of the month and she still kept our rent for that month. Landlords name is Jessica Moody. She told us to leave and stole our $975 from us.

Police is always here. noting is fixed,our cars always get broken into, the pool has NEVER been open! Druggy people all over. I’m scared to even go outside after 9pm. Horrible management,horrible maintenance. I’ll never live there again ! Save your money and time and rent anywhere else other then here !
