I’m from out of state and relocating to the Fort Smith area. Janeth was by far the most impressive to work with very profession was able to send me pictures of the apartment and made the whole process painless. She was even kind enough to send me all the contact information needed for utilities so forth. No one looks forward to moving but this process has me excited and ready for the next adventure in life. Thanks again to Janeth and the team at Ghan and Cooper I would recommend to anyone looking to relocate to the area as they have an impressive property portfolio!

We love being here. It's a quiet little place with everything you need nearby. We are very happy to have new management the obviously cares for the residents and the property. Been on and off the property a few different times. It feel like home when I'm there, and is only a few blocks from mom and dad's place. Sad to see the course closed. My 2 bed is big compared to John's apartment in van buren.

Air conditioning has been out for 4 days and I call and complain and he comes for 2 mins and says I’ll be back!! Doesn’t show up I saw him outside he say oh we are gonna have to get someone out here to fix it!!! Mind u it’s 80 degrees in the apartment!! Very unprofessional world not recommend for 950 a month !

From day one all my experiences were negative. They never pick up the phone, it takes days to get in contact with anyone. My room always had mold in it since day one, and my kitchen leaked through the roof. Also things I would ask to get repaired would take weeks, my shower took 7 months to be fixed because they kept putting it off. Not good management and not a clean place to live.

I have never, ever rated anything poorly. If I didn't like something, I simply never messed with it again and that was it. But living in these apartments was the worst mistake I ever made. The water heater busted and soaked through my carpet floor. The maintenance came by, pulled up the carpet where it was soaked and took all the padding for it. Then went into my closet and busted a hole through it to get to the leak, said he'd be back to fix it right up and never game back for it. The carpet had a fan shoved under it and left there for months. The manager yelled at my roommate for not alerting him sooner of the leak. So, when we discovered that it looked like mold was in the bathroom, we alerted him right away. He got angry at us for waking him up for something trivial. The maintenance came and cut out a large portion of the wall, taking away the mold and then some and, again, said he'd be back to fix it. Never showed up again. Not only that but of the year and some months we lived there, our thermostat only worked for about 3 months of it when they finally called in an actual specialist to look at it instead of sending the maintenance guy over who never seemed to be able to fix the issue.

We moved out at the end of August and I figured that'd be an end to it, but my roommate just received a bill from the manager for 300.00 for damages not covered by our security deposit. The major damage was caused and left there by the maintenance man employed there. Other damages were minor that I can recall, such as blinds in disrepair due to cats and certainly not worth 300.00. So if you're looking to live there, my advise is: Don't. They only care about ringing out every last bit of money they can from you.
