Waited 3 Weeks For Background Check To Never Come Back And For Them To Tell Me 3 Weeks After I Applied They Can't Hire Me Because I Failed Assessment After I Put My 2 Week Notice In At My Current Employer Because They Told Me I Had The Job Just Had To Wait 3 to 10 Business Days For Background Check To Come Back. I Have Never Been In Trouble Or Even Had A Speeding Ticket. Don't Call Or Text Asking If Your Background Is Back Because They Won't Hire You.

Don't work here. You can show up early and stay late everyday, break your back doing your job and expect to have your pay cut behind your back. As well as being laid off for being a hard worker. Meanwhile lazy leads run the show their continuously late and take extended breaks with their friends and keep their positions. If you're laid off you must reapply as a new employee and all your collected time work is erased you must start from scratch. Smx is a worthless company to work for
