My rate increased by 50% without being notified. When I saw that my monthly bill was drastically increased I called for answers. I was told that I drove 1000 miles more last year. 1000 miles and they charged me 50% more. The rep I talked to was no help, basically, "deal with it."

I cancelled immediately and am now spending the day shopping for a new insurance company.

I had previously gotten a life insurance policy thru Derrick and Allstate. I had expressed interest in increasing the value and Derrick let me know of some new options that were available. He was able to increase the policy amount and length of the term, with only a tiny increase in the monthly premium. There are a lot of insurance options out there, but Derrick and his staff really work to ensure that you understand all those options and what it would mean for you. I can't thank Derrick and his team enough for making this a breeze. I highly recommend contacting Derrick for all your insurance needs.
