Andy Alexander at Lemontree Management is an extremely competent property manager. He is quick to respond to renters’ issues and has trustworthy and skilled workers on speed dial to assess and fix the issues. He communicates clearly, asking for owner input and making sound decisions. He’s saved us many hassles by taking care of business, which is much appreciated! He has a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate and housing, and I would highly recommend working with him!

We discovered Lemon Tree Management through a local real estate reference and have found Andy to be an excellent property manager for our rental house. He is very capable, always responsive, easy to work with, reliable, and responsibly manages the property as though it’s his own - all of which is very difficult to find in the property management business. We had previously worked with two other large property management companies in the area and Lemon Tree has been by far the best. I own and manage multi family units outside of the Santa Barbara area so I wanted someone local to handle this property. Given my personal experience in the business I know what is involved and I couldn’t more highly recommend Andy at Lemon Tree Management.
