Chris Angola managed a rental I lived in for a year. Tina was incredibly responsive to all my needs, and extremely prompt when I had issues with plumbing, and pests. Their customer service is absolutely superb. Even after I'd moved out, Tina was still supportive. When a package accidentally shipped to my old address, and I had moved out of the area, Tina retrieved it for me. I highly recommend working with this property management company. They take care of everything.

With Tina you have the rare combination of the flexibility and easy communication of a private landlord, and the professionalism of the high street real estate agency. Things are fast, easy and straightforward, and Tina is always supportive. If you have an issue, you text her, and your help is there within a day. After 3 years of tenancy, now that we have moved out 2 weeks ago, looking back I cannot remember a single case where I was not satisfied with the outcome of our interaction. Forget about those sharkish agents who are always there to cash out on you on every occasion, but are slow to address your issues. In Tina you have a friend who takes care of your tenancy and makes sure that all reasonable expectations are met.

If you like the property, go ahead. With Tina it can't go wrong.
