Every hotel has their ups and downs right? I'm happy to report this one has more ups than downs by far. We got in really late and the front desk clerk, who I regret not catching his name, was very courteous and helped us figure out the EV charging. They put us in a first floor room away from the freeway and the room was clean and neat as you'd expect.
I enjoyed how soft the bed was compared to many other hotels, there was good water pressure, no bugs, and a full breakfast with hot food in the morning.

Now the things we didn't love, but could overlook given everything else, the bathroom fan and light are harsh. The fan is so loud and the light felt like a heat lamp. When we first entered the room there was a very strong perfume smell that would be an issue for anyone sensitive to smells. The rest of the room was fine but for some reason right by the door the smell is so strong.

All things considered we enjoyed our stay and probably will stay again. The soft bed, the kind service, the full breakfast, and the ample parking and wheelchair accessibility makes this a great stay all around. A special thank you to Lynn, the front desk clerk in the morning, who was very helpful to a number of guests as we saw her in the breakfast area talking to people. Having worked in hospitality I always appreciate good kind clerks.

I stayed at Ayres Hotel in Corona for a business trip and had a very disappointing experience. Lynn at the front desk was rude and unhelpful both at check-in and during a later interaction. She made me feel like I was bothering her by simply asking a question, even though the lobby was empty.

My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned—there was a stained towel with a long hair in it, which made me question the overall cleanliness. To top it off, I drank a sip from the $4 water bottle provided in the room, and immediately realized it tasted like bad tap water—possibly refilled.

When I brought this to Lynn’s attention, she still insisted on charging me. I asked to speak with the manager. After hiding in the back, Scott Smith finally came out and showed zero care or professionalism. He rudely told me I had to pay for the water since I drank from it, ignoring the fact that it may have been tampered with.

We had two rooms and spent over $600 for just two nights. I travel often to Riverside/Corona and had hoped this would be a reliable hotel, but after this experience, I’ll never stay here again. Ayres has lost consistent business over $4—and I’ll be sure to share this experience with others.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was two nights before our wedding and two nights after. Portia the manger was amazing! The staff at the front were always willing to assist and very kind. They did thoughtful things for our wedding weekend. Also we had rented out the conference room to get ready for our wedding. It worked out so perfectly! My favorite part about this hotel was the lobby area was really nice. Our families would spend some time here, talking or waiting for each other so that we can head out. The other thing was breakfast was delicious! I was surprised by just how many options they had. They even had fresh fruit!
The only thing I would say that could be better was the AC units in the rooms. They are outdated and need to be put at 60 to feel cool in the room.
Besides that, the hotel is super clean and I can’t wait to come back! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was so much better than expected. The staff was very helpful both in check in and check out. The breakfast was over the top for any like motor hotels and I have been to many. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Excellent hotel in Corona, CA. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved that the hotel is only two floors, which makes going up and down a breeze. Furthermore, the location is as central as you can get. There’s a Walmart just across the street, along with a plethora shopping options just across the street. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be staying here again when I’m in Corona.

This was our first experience with Ayres Hotels and we were very happy! From the start, the check in staff was efficient & very friendly. Very easy. Our room was spacious and very clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Waffles, pancakes, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit... not just a "grab & go"! Very happy! Great job, Ayres!

We had the opportunity to stay at Ayres this last week. They went above and beyond! All of their staff were friendly, caring and helpful. The location is perfect and has gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, pool was a very relaxing setting and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have had at a hotel. They had anything you would want to eat. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family all enjoyed a great stay on 11/27, 28, 29, 30/24-Thanksgiving Weekend! The beautiful hotel was decorated for the holidays and the staff were all amazing, cheerful, courteous, and professionally helpful. Our wonderfully comfortable, crisp clean double queen suites were immaculate and beautiful, everything you could need was provided with quality. The breakfasts were top quality with fresh, delicious variety, everything was clean and presented beautifully along with great smiles from the serving staff. We all felt like spoiled family guests. The location was perfect for the freeways and shopping but quiet. The parking was great, clean, well-lit, and safe. This location was well-managed and it showed in every detail!
