This insurance company is the WORST I have ever dealt with. The adjuster Maria Vallejo shouldn’t have a job. Doesn’t know what she is doing. Got in accident not my fault. They sent car to auto body but when car was done decided not to pay. Had to scramble to find money or my car would still be there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They work in bad faith and are not BBB accredited.

I have represented two different personal injury clients who had medical payments coverage under their Personal Express automobile policy. I would consider all options before choosing Personal Express. Both of my clients have experiences significant delays in Personal Express paying their medical bills. There is no such thing as a quick telephone call. Every call last 15 to 20 minutes, with multiple transfers before I actually speak with someone. Please feel free to email me BEFORE you go with Personal Express.
