I have worked with Markwood Realty since the first opened. We have done the on call maintenance for most of the properties that they manage and having worked with many other property managers for over a decade I can confidently say that Markwood Realty has been the absolute best at responding to the calls and needs of the residents of their properties. With most other property managers we have to go through a burdensome approval process when we identify issues that may not be on the main work order. However, Markwood Realty always says, “If there is something else that needs to be done to make the house safer or to prevent another issue, just do it and we will handle the work order later.” Their slogan “You should love when you live” embodies there desire to take care of their residents and clients.
