Rich in every way was a 5 star agent, going above and beyond to not only help us put a deal together, but also to get us oriented with our new property. I usually only give positive reviews online while simply choosing not to review companies who have earned a negative review. However, I could not in good conscience let this one pass. I have given myself a few weeks after closing to consider my thoughts carefully. Without naming the realtors directly, I worked with two realtors at Alaska Life, one representing the seller and the other supposedly representing me and my husband as the buyers. Though they are both friendly men, they did not conduct business with integrity. They used manipulative and dishonest tactics. I discovered this problem by contacting other interested parties directly, rather than relying solely on the word of these two realtors. I’m glad that I went the extra mile to pursue the truth (though, the realtors were displeased) and we closed the purchase even though I’m pretty certain that the only people they were truly representing were themselves. They made their full 6% commission without having deserved it. If you want realtors whose words you can trust and take at face value, you should look elsewhere.
